HOW DOES OUR RESEND POLICY WORK?
If you encounter any of the following conditions, after confirming, we’ll promptly resend a new package to you:
1.SIZE PROBLEM
If the items you received don’t fit as expected, simply provide us with pictures of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay $9 postage for resending, and we’ll arrange a new shipment for you.
2. DELAY IN SHIPMENT
If the declared shipment time is under or equal to 30 days, and it has been over 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us. We’ll promptly resend the package to you free of charge.
3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST
In the unfortunate event of a package being lost or seized by customs, please provide us with proof, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirming, and make sure you get it.
